Cultivate Penzance is now up, running and gathering pace. With the help of ‘Cultivator’ Dion Star, young people in the area have the chance to link with the vast array of culture on offer, and can make things happen for themselves.
Cultivate Penzance is forming a production team of young people who can really make a change in the community. If you are interested in being involved in a series of events in the area, whether through art, film, music, graffiti, dance, then get in touch.

Cultivate supports young people to make things happen for themselves and their communities.
A first of its kind approach to developing Cornwall’s culture, Cultivate gives young people the chance to realise their own ideas by exploring and creating exciting cultural opportunities. From filmmaking to dance, graffiti to band nights, Cultivate links young people to the wealth of talent and skills in Cornwall, providing them with the contacts, inspiration and know-how to lead a cultural revolution in their own community, from the ground up.
